Description

Two filmmakers were in Sydney for the Focus on India: writer/director Musa Syeed who set Sundance winner Valley of Saints in Kashmir, the homeland of his parents; and documentary maker Anand Patwardhan, who took 14 years to complete Jai Bhim Comrade, which both explores the music of an oppressed community in Mumbai and tells of a terrible injustice.
